TITLE: Junior Youth Development Professional
REPORTS TO: Full-Time Staff
CLASSIFIED: Part Time, Non-Exempt
LOCATION: Milbank
BONUS: Bonus eligibility is contingent upon being hired and attending training beginning the week of August 10, 2026. The $1,500 bonus will be paid in two installments: one in the first paycheck following six months of service and the remaining balance after twelve months of employment.

JOB SUMMARY: The Junior Youth Development Professional is responsible for implementing the 5 key elements of positive youth development in their daily interactions with youth. The Junior Staff will be responsible for the supervision of the youth and the program areas specifically assigned. All employees of the Boys & Girls Club will be expected to uphold the mission of the Club.
